Policies
Wick has a firm 12-hour cancellation policy for both classes and a 24 hour cancellation policy for Private sessions. If you late cancel, you will be charged in full. Rescheduled appointments will be treated as new appointments. Cancellations must be done by the client through our online scheduling system or Momence app. No exceptions. No refunds. No credits.
Wick has a firm late cancelation fee for clients using subscription based memberships of $15 for both late cancellations and no-shows.
Wick operates without front desk staff.The best way to get ahold of us is emailing info@wickpilates.com. We do our best to get back to you and it could take up to 1 business day.
Wick recommends new clients arrive 5 minutes before class begins.
There is no entrance after 5 minutes of scheduled class time. If you are more than 5 minutes late the teacher can politely turn you away or your spot will be given away to a waitlist client. You will be charged in full.
If you are running 15 minutes late for your Private session this will be considered a late cancelation and charged in full. If you arrive after 15 minutes of your session, your instructor may no longer be available.
Expiration dates on all classes and sessions are final. Single session 1 month, 5 & 10 pack 4 months, 20 pack 6 months.
If on the waitlist, you will automatically be added to class if a spot becomes available up to 1 hour before the scheduled class time. You will receive an email or text confirmation. Cancelation policy still applies to waitlist. If you do not remove yourself, get added into the class and can no longer make the class, you will be charged in full. Make sure to have Momence notifications turned on if you wish to use the waitlist feature.
Wick reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor for all classes without prior notice.
Credit card fees will be added to your purchase, to avoid CC fees add your bank number or debit card to make purchases.
Packages are for individuals and cannot be shared.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
At 20 weeks of pregnancy, all Wick clients will be limited to pre/post natal classes or private sessions for safety. Any questions regarding the prenatal policy please contact us to find an appropriate session that works best for you.
It’s your responsibility to inform us of any injuries or concerns that may prevent you from participating safely. If you have concerns, please contact us at info@wickpilates.com so we can advise a session that best fits your needs.
Minors under the age of 16 years are not permitted in the studio. 16 years and older are welcomed to attend class when accompanied by an adult.
Wick does not provide childcare services.

Wick is a cash-free business. No cash is stored on the premises. No cash payments will be accepted for any purchase.
Wick raises prices every year to help with raises in cost. As a small business, we do our best to make it as affordable as possible all while keeping out doors open for the community.

All cell phones and electronic devices should be silenced upon arrival and placed with belongings during class. You will be asked to put phone away if you use during class. If you need to use your phone at any time, please step outside.
